Description

The Functional Consultant partners with business stakeholders technical teams and project managers to design configure and deliver enterprise software solutions that meet business requirements. This role translates functional needs into detailed specifications guides system configuration and integration validates solution behavior through testing and supports deployment and adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document functional requirements and use cases.
• Develop functional specifications process flows and solution designs aligned to business objectives.
• Configure system functionality and set up modules within ERP/CRM or other enterprise platforms according to best practices.
• Work with technical teams to define integration requirements and support system integrations.
• Plan and execute test strategies including system testing integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify and manage change impacts support adoption and deliver end-user training and documentation.
• Provide go-live support and work with support teams to resolve post-implementation issues.
• Participate in project planning status reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science or related field; relevant professional certifications a plus.
• Typically 3 years of experience in a functional consulting business analysis or systems analyst role supporting enterprise software implementations.
• Proven experience with one or more ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP Oracle ERP or Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of business processes configuration best practices and integration concepts.
• Experience leading or participating in end-to-end implementations testing cycles and UAT.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing project needs.
