FullStack Developement Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on FullStack web development including front-end back-end and database technologies.
• Teach essential skills such as HTML CSS JavaScript React MongoDB SQL and other related technologies.
• Provide real-world coding exercises projects and code reviews to ensure participants gain practical knowledge.
• Monitor and assess learners progress offering constructive feedback and additional support when necessary.
• Keep the training curriculum updated with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
• Guide students through capstone projects and help them build portfolio-ready applications.
• Assist in the development of course materials including slides hand-outs and instructional videos.
• Stay updated with new tools frameworks and methodologies to keep the training relevant.
• Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Provide mentorship to students answering questions and offering career advice.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience as a FullStack Development with a minimum of 3 years in web development.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript modern JS frameworks (React Angular or Vue).
• Proficiency in back-end technologies: and databases (SQL MongoDB).
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git GitHub).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs microservices architecture and cloud services (AWS Azure etc.).
• Experience in developing and deploying web applications using popular tools and frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to break down complex topics.
• Prior experience in teaching mentoring or conducting workshops is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• Experience with modern DevOps practices (CI/CD Docker Kubernetes).
• Certifications in web development or cloud platforms. (Preferred but not mandatory)
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
