Job Description: Full Stack Engineer ( Python PostgreSQL) 6 years
Role purpose
Were looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong front-end and back-end capability to build and support scalable web applications hosted on GCP . Youll work across the stack ( Python PostgreSQL) collaborate with product and platform teams and contribute to secure reliable services aligned to IT Service Management practices. Experience with GCP and exposure to AI technologies are strong advantages.

Key responsibilities
Build and enhance responsive accessible user interfaces using (modern patterns hooks state management).
Design develop and maintain Python backend services (REST APIs/microservices) ensuring performance security and maintainability.
Develop and optimise PostgreSQL schemas queries indexing and data access patterns.
Implement robust engineering practices: code reviews automated testing CI/CD observability and documentation.
Collaborate with architects SRE/DevOps and security teams to deliver resilient services.
Support production systems: triage incidents perform root cause analysis and drive problem management to prevent recurrence.
Contribute to ITSO and service management activities (e.g. risk/control considerations change management service readiness).
Participate in agile delivery (planning estimation refinement) and mentor junior engineers where needed.
Explore and apply AI technologies where they add value (e.g. intelligent search summarisation automation ML-enabled features).
