Educational Qualification: B. Tech / M. Tech in Computer Science Information
Technology BCA / MCA or related fields

About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer specializing in technologies such as
Python Go React Tailwind CSS and cloud architecture (primarily GCP).
You will design build and maintain secure scalable platforms and applications that
support data-driven climate risk this role you will work across both
back-end and front-end development building efficient back-end services and
managing cloud infrastructure and also crafting intuitive responsive and high-
performance user interfaces. Youll collaborate closely with data scientists
researchers and product teams to deliver innovative data-driven insurance
solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain secure scalable backend services using Python Node and
FastAPI / Flask (Based on the service requirements).
Design develop and document RESTful APIs for climate data ingestion
analytics and product workflows.
Develop and manage cloud infrastructure and deployments on GCP for high
availability and performance.
Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g.
PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB) to support large-scale datasets.

Containerize applications and support deployments using Docker.
Enable smooth frontendbackend integration between React/ UI and
backend APIs.
Build responsive intuitive high-performance user interfaces using /
React Tailwind CSS.
Write clean testable code; participate in code reviews and follow engineering
best practices.
Troubleshoot production issues across APIs UI and GCP infrastructure and
continuously improve reliability.
Must-have Skills
Strong Python development skills complemented by hands-on experience
with FastAPI / Flask.
Solid experience with React and/or and building UIs with Tailwind
CSS.
Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
Familiarity with for frontend tooling or service-side integrations.
Working knowledge of GCP infrastructure and deploying backend services on
cloud. Relevant Certification is a plus.
Experience with Docker and modern development workflows (Git CI/CD
basics).
Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working in a fast-moving startup
environment.
Understanding of how AI agents/LLMs work is a plus.
