Full-Stack Developer

Products: NextInHR & iSmartRecruit

We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer to work across our NextInHR and iSmartRecruit products.

The ideal candidate should be strong in JavaScript/TypeScript API development and databases with a good understanding of frontend and backend development. Java/Spring Boot experience is a strong plus.

We are looking for someone who can use modern AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor Antigravity and similar tools effectively to build modify debug and improve production-quality code—rather than relying entirely on writing everything from scratch.

• Build and enhance features using React and TypeScript.

• Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services.

• Work with existing Java/Spring Boot APIs and backend systems.

• Work with MySQL and third-party integrations.

• Improve application performance UI/UX and reliability.

• Debug and solve issues across frontend backend and database layers.

• Take ownership of features from development through production.

• Work closely with Product UI/UX QA and DevOps teams.

• 2–4 years of hands-on development experience.

• Strong experience with and React.

• Good knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Good hands-on API development experience.

• Understanding of backend development and databases.

• Java/Spring Boot experience is a strong advantage.

• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Comfortable working with existing codebases and improving them.

• Ability to effectively use AI coding tools such as Cursor Antigravity GitHub Copilot or similar tools.

• Product mindset and willingness to take ownership.

Experience with AWS Docker Elasticsearch microservices AI/LLM APIs or SaaS integrations will be an advantage.

Work on two globally focused SaaS products in the HR Tech and Recruitment Tech space with opportunities to work across modern frontend backend APIs integrations and AI-powered features.
