Job Summary
The Front Line Manager (Production Supervisor) will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production operations ensuring optimal productivity quality compliance and adherence to safety standards. The role involves managing shop floor activities coordinating with cross-functional teams and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily production activities on the shop floor
- Ensure production targets are achieved within defined timelines
- Monitor workflow machine utilization and manpower allocation
- Maintain product quality as per company standards and specifications
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime
- Coordinate with maintenance quality and logistics teams
- Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation
- Train guide and evaluate production staff performance
- Handle shift planning attendance and discipline management
- Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize wastage
- Address and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
Requirements
Required Skills:
Qualification: Any Degree / ITI / Diploma Age: 2023 years or 3540 years Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license Willingness to travel and relocate to other states
