Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced FAST PAS Lead with strong expertise in Life Insurance and Annuity domain. The candidate will lead FAST Policy Administration implementation configuration integration and support activities while coordinating with business stakeholders development teams and client leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead FAST PAS implementation and enhancement projects
Configure and customize FAST platform modules
Gather and analyze business requirements from insurance stakeholders
Drive policy lifecycle configurations including:
- New Business
- Underwriting
- Billing
- Claims
- Policy Servicing
Lead integration design with external systems and APIs
Support production issues and platform upgrades
Mentor development and configuration teams
Coordinate with QA DevOps and business teams
Ensure delivery timelines and quality standards

Required Skills

Strong experience in FAST PAS platform
Experience in Life Insurance and Annuity domain
FAST configuration and rules engine knowledge
API/Web Services integration experience
SQL and data migration experience
Understanding of policy administration systems
Agile/Scrum experience
Strong stakeholder communication skills
