The Role
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who can work directly on customer problems and take ownership of building solutions end to end.
This is not a traditional frontend backend QA or data engineering role. We are looking for engineers who can use AI and modern engineering tools to solve across the full technology stack and turn a business problem into a working solution.
You will work closely with customers Delivery Leads and other engineers to understand problems design solutions build applications and take them into production.
What Youll Do
Build applications end to end from requirements through production
Work across frontend backend APIs databases data pipelines testing deployment and operations
Use AI tools and agents extensively throughout the software development lifecycle
Understand existing systems map workflows and identify practical solution options
Translate requirements into working software and iterate quickly based on customer feedback
Build prototypes and proofs of concept to validate ideas quickly
Design and implement reliable maintainable solutions
Participate in testing debugging deployment and production support
Work directly with Delivery Leads and customers to understand problems and deliver solutions
Take ownership of outcomes rather than limiting yourself to a specific technology or function
What Were Looking For
0.5 to 4 years of experience in software engineering including relevant internship or project experience
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a relevant technical discipline
Strong programming fundamentals and problem solving ability
Comfortable working across frontend and backend technologies
Strong curiosity about AI and a willingness to use AI extensively in daily engineering work
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work in unfamiliar environments
Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Strong ownership mindset and willingness to figure things out independently
Comfortable working in an ambiguous fast moving environment
AI Fluency
AI is a core part of how we expect this role to operate.
We are looking for people who actively experiment with AI rather than simply use it for basic coding assistance.
Strong candidates will be able to demonstrate how they use AI tools and agents to:
