Financial Reporting Analyst Hyderabad WFO

The Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day international financial reporting activities ensuring accurate financial reporting statutory compliance and timely delivery of accounting and audit-related requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

• Prepare and review statutory financial statements and related disclosures under:
  • IFRS
  • Ind-AS
  • Other applicable GAAPs
• Prepare accounting packages and reconciliations
• Prepare accounting surveys for multiple countries
• Coordinate with:
  • Internal and external auditors
  • Internal teams
  • Consultants
• Support execution of:
  • Statutory audits
  • Tax return filings
• Ensure compliance with stringent statutory deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare tax packages and accounting data required for tax returns
• Support special projects analysis requests ad-hoc reporting and additional finance-related activities as assigned

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant
• 3 6 years of experience (excluding articleship) in:
  • Financial reporting
  • Statutory audits
• Experience in:
  • Global Capability Centers (GCCs)
  • Multinational Corporations (MNCs)
  • Big 4 firms
  • Reputed accounting firms (preferred)

• Strong working knowledge of:
  • IGAAP
  • IFRS
• Ability to stay updated with changes in accounting guidance and standards
• Experience with:
  • SAP (preferred)
  • Workiva (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools:
  • Excel
  • Word
  • PowerPoint

• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work effectively within diverse teams
• Capability to manage multiple assignments efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
