Bachelor (BBA) or above. Preferably with some technical qualification.
Minimum 2 years working experience at a similar position in an international company (Marketing experience or Asia Pacific Headquarter working experience will be preferred).
Fluent in both oral and written English (German will be a plus).
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Lotus Notes).
Must be highly motivated and be able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills.

Familiar with Government related affairs e.g. Extension of new Factory Land acquisition Incentive programs etc.

Preparation of Presentation materials and file management.
Organization and compilation of reporting packages.
Coordination of Meetings e.g. Board Meeting Management Meeting Customer Meeting etc.
Coordination of Business trips.
Communication and information exchange with Headquarter.
Reception work includes correspondence telephone visitor for MD etc.
Project Management.
