Job Summary
- Lead mentor and inspire cross-functional engineering teams to achieve performance excellence while supporting talent development recruitment and succession planning
- Analyze technical performance metrics and key performance indicators to identify optimization opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
- Identify emerging technologies and industry trends positioning the organization for competitive advantage and supporting innovation implementation
- Manage engineering budgets allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal return on investment across all departmental initiatives
- Oversee technical architecture system design and engineering standards to ensure scalability reliability and adherence to best practices
- Manage vendor relationships evaluate third-party engineering solutions and negotiate partnerships to enhance organizational capabilities
- Champion organizational change management initiatives and lead the adoption of new technologies methodologies and digital transformation efforts
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering related technical field
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and delivering measurable business results
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Knowledge of industry-specific compliance standards and regulatory requirements
- Track record of successful organizational change management and innovation implementation
