Description
Senior Engineer Field Service (Projects) Experience
- 810 years of experience in HVAC piping design chilled water systems plumbing fire line execution and HVAC control systems
- Hands-on experience in primary & secondary pumps thermal storage systems and accessories
Job Summary
- Lead design development and execution of liquid cooling systems for data centres with strong thermal and fluid engineering expertise
Key Responsibilities Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end execution of liquid cooling projects from concept to commissioning
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Mechanical Electrical Manufacturing) for project delivery
- Review and approve designs ensuring quality compliance and accuracy
- Manage project timelines budgets and deliverables effectively
- Execute HVAC chilled water plumbing and fire line piping systems
Design & Development
- Lead design of chilled water piping systems including sizing layout and material selection
- Perform hydraulic calculations and system performance analysis
- Develop and review engineering drawings using AutoCAD Revit and Creo
Testing & Validation
- Develop and execute test plans for cooling system validation
- Analyse test data and optimize system performance
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety requirements
Service & Operations
- Apply strong knowledge of heat transfer thermodynamics and fluid mechanics in projects
- Manage preventive maintenance troubleshooting and field issue resolution within SLA
- Implement service bulletins and ensure system reliability
- Mentor junior engineers and support team development
- Maintain proper technical documentation and reporting
Preferred Criteria
- Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical or Piping Engineering
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE and ASME standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit CAESAR II and BIM tools
- Experience in energy-efficient and sustainable system design
- Strong analytical leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record in successful project delivery
