- HVAC piping design
- Project execution (Chilled Water piping Plumbing Primary & Secondary pumps Thermal storage systems)
- HVAC accessories & control systems
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Liquid Cooling Project Engineer to lead the design development and implementation of advanced liquid cooling systems for Data Centres.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Thermal Management Fluid Dynamics and Project Coordination along with hands-on experience in engineering complex cooling solutions.
Key Responsibilities 1. Project Delivery
- Lead liquid cooling system projects from concept to completion
- Participate in project meetings and provide design inputs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Mechanical Electrical Manufacturing)
- Review and approve designs for accuracy and compliance
- Manage project timelines budgets and deliverables
- Possess design and execution knowledge in:
- HVAC chilled water piping
- Plumbing systems
- Fire line piping
2. Testing & Validation
- Develop test plans and validate cooling system performance
- Analyse test data and improve system performance
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
3. Service & Operations
- Strong fundamentals in: Heat Transfer Thermodynamics & Fluid Mechanics
- Understanding of control systems and sensor integration
- Perform: Preventive maintenance Bulletin implementation & Troubleshooting of field issues within SLA
- Mentor and support team members
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting
Preferred Criteria Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of piping codes and standards (ASHRAE ASME)
- Strong analytical problem-solving and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proven track record in project delivery
