Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents BOQs drawings and technical specifications.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and rate analysis for electrical infrastructure projects.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and BOQs.
- Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with Design Procurement and Project teams for cost validation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain estimation records cost databases and tender documentation.
Requirements
- B.E./ in Electrical Engineering.
- 36 years of experience in electrical estimation and tendering.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation quantity take-offs and rate analysis.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in HT/LT systems Street Lighting Utility Shifting MEP or EPC projects is preferred.
- Strong analytical communication and coordination skills.
