Job Summary

Detailed Design Engineering in Combined Cycle Power Plants /

Thermal Power Plants

Working knowledge of electrical system studies using ETAP with

the ability to interpret results and support design decisions

Codes and Standards Knowledge in IEC IEEE NFPA IS etc. Electrical Equipments scheme of arrangements including

power evacuation /back charging and its aux power distribution.

Electrical Substation (AIS/GIS) across various voltage levels up

to 400kV

Electrical Equipment Sizing /Calculations/Technical

Specifications.

Single line diagrams metering and protection single line

diagrams schematics Logic diagrams

Electrical Equipments Layouts

Grounding and Lightning Protections calculations and Lay outs

Cable Sizing Cable schedule and interconnection schedule

Cable raceway Lay out

Relay Settings and its co-ordination

Vendor Drawing Review /Technical Bid Evaluation

DCS/PLC Electrical IO List Preparation

Requirements

Bachelors in electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) /

Post-Graduate (PG) in Electrical Engineering preferred

Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
