What youll do

• Production Operations: Perform elastomer lining and hose building processes including vulcanised neoprene natural rubber cold bonded Linatex lining and autoclave operations on the shop floor.

• Daily Responsibilities: Prepare and inspect surfaces for elastomer application operate and maintain equipment such as manual rollers stitchers and bladders and follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.

• Success Metrics: Deliver high-quality elastomer linings consistently maintain production schedules efficiently and adapt quickly to rotating shift patterns while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Travel Requirements: Minimal to no travel; role is primarily shop floor based in Bangalore.

• Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

What youll bring

Must-haves:

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Fitter or relevant trade with 13 years of hands-on experience in elastomer lining rubber hose or similar industrial manufacturing environments.

• Knowledge of elastomer materials lining techniques and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and commitment to safety protocols.

• Ability to work effectively in a rotating three-shift schedule and adapt to a dynamic production environment.

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience specifically in hose building hose preparation and finishing processes.

• Exposure to autoclave operations and rubber manufacturing equipment maintenance.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.

• Flexibility in trade background with relevant manufacturing exposure.
