What youll do
Production Operations: Perform elastomer lining and hose building processes including vulcanised neoprene natural rubber cold bonded Linatex lining and autoclave operations on the shop floor.
Daily Responsibilities: Prepare and inspect surfaces for elastomer application operate and maintain equipment such as manual rollers stitchers and bladders and follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Success Metrics: Deliver high-quality elastomer linings consistently maintain production schedules efficiently and adapt quickly to rotating shift patterns while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Travel Requirements: Minimal to no travel; role is primarily shop floor based in Bangalore.

What youll bring
Must-haves:
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Fitter or relevant trade with 13 years of hands-on experience in elastomer lining rubber hose or similar industrial manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of elastomer materials lining techniques and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Familiarity with industrial safety standards and commitment to safety protocols.
Ability to work effectively in a rotating three-shift schedule and adapt to a dynamic production environment.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience specifically in hose building hose preparation and finishing processes.
Exposure to autoclave operations and rubber manufacturing equipment maintenance.
Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.
Flexibility in trade background with relevant manufacturing exposure.
