Job Summary
Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Driver to transport staff materials and documents safely and on time. The candidate should follow all traffic rules maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper vehicle care.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely drive company vehicles to transport employees goods and documents.
- Follow assigned routes schedules and delivery timelines.
- Ensure timely pickup and drop of staff or materials.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness (inside and outside) at all times.
- Perform daily vehicle checks (fuel oil brakes lights tyres).
- Report any vehicle issues damages or maintenance needs immediately.
- Keep all vehicle documents (RC Insurance Pollution License) updated and available.
- Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials when required.
- Maintain a logbook for trips fuel usage and mileage.
Requirements
- Valid Driving License (LMV/HMV as per requirement).
- Minimum 25 years of driving experience.
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic rules.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
- Punctual disciplined and responsible attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends if needed).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in company or factory driving.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with GPS/navigation apps.
Working Conditions
- May involve long hours of driving.
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
- Flexible shifts depending on company needs.
