Job Summary
| 15 years of IT experience with 6 years in senior leadership roles managing application support. |
| Extensive experience supporting US healthcare applications at scale. |
| Strong knowledge of ITIL service management and enterprise support models. |
| Proven success managing large offshore delivery organizations. |
| Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills. |
| Minimum of 6 years of management experience. |

| Experience with EHR/EMR platforms (Epic Cerner Meditech) or healthcare payer ecosystems. |
| Exposure to cloud-native platforms observability tools and automation frameworks. |
| Experience driving large-scale support transformation or operating model redesign. |
| Prior experience working directly with US healthcare providers payers or health systems. |
| Strong knowledge of the business including the applications and interdependencies. |
| Excellent conflict management and negotiation skills with the ability to consistently achieve win-win results. |
| Proven coach with a track record of developing staff and recruiting highly skilled candidates |
| Working knowledge of technology and correlation to solving business problems. |
| Working knowledge of vendor management principles and procedures. |
| Good understanding of statistical methods and metrics development. |
