Job Summary
Position Title: DH -Mechanical
Location: IU - Rawan Cement Works - Township Location
Designation: Assistant General Manager
Job Description
- Ensure continuous operation & end to end plant availability to achieve the budgeted production with utmost safety optimum cost and power.
- Ensure qualitative and safety maintenance breakdown and shutdown.
- Lead safety agenda and ensure implementation of safety standards.
- Plan organize and monitor maintenance activities for optimum plant availability in Mechanical discipline as per the targets to meet production requirement.
- Continuous Improvement: Study and recommend Capex jobs for equipment upgradation/debottlenecking to improve plant availability and productivity.
- Coordinate organize & monitor effective implementation of International Management System and other systems for improvement of productivity and creating safe work culture
- Improving the Maintenance KPIs through implementation of Preventive Maintenance Strategies
