DevOps Engineer

Job Title: DevOps Engineer
Experience: 5 Years
Location: Pune Hyderabad Bangalore & Chennai
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain software applications using a variety of programming languages including Python Ruby and Java
• Assist with infrastructure management utilizing Ansible Puppet and Chef
• Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines for automated software deployment
• Work with IT Automation and DevOps tools such as Kubernetes Docker Git Jenkins and SonarQube
• Design and execute automated testing scripts using Selenium
• Assist in the documentation of software development processes and procedures
• Provide technical guidance to junior developers and establish best practices
• Collaborate with project managers product owners and stakeholders to identify requirements and develop solutions
• Participate in Agile development methodologies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field
• 5 years of experience in software development
• Strong knowledge of Python Ruby and Java programming languages
• Experience with scripting and Linux operating systems
• Experience with infrastructure management tools such as Ansible Puppet and Chef
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Kubernetes Docker Git Jenkins and SonarQube
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to mentor junior developers and establish best practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with project managers product owners and stakeholders

Project Specific Requirements:

• Ability to develop and maintain applications using microservices architecture
• Experience in building scalable and fault-tolerant applications
• Familiarity with cloud-based services such as AWS Azure or GCP
• Knowledge of container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus Grafana and ELK Stack.
