Requirements
Role Description:
Develops complex applications and systems to provide the required functionality for all IT services including configuration and adjustment of standard software. Provides application maintenance and support services to users or to service delivery functions and contributes to the operations of a dedicated application or application class
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
Designs codes tests (incl. test cases and scripts for module/component tests) corrects documents complex programs and scripts from agreed specifications and subsequent iterations
Installs configures customizes and integrates standard software
Implements and executes module/component tests and provides technical documentation
Executes the technical application support
Supports the deployment and training of the application into production environment
Monitors service delivery performance metrics and identifies required service agreement adjustments
Ability to learn new technology and methodology quickly..
Nice to Have:
Knowledge on RDBMS
