oITSM : Change Incident service ticket Workorders
oWilling to work on shifts (Morning & Afternoon shifts) & Weekend support
oMonitoring : Splunk Dynatrace alert monitoring Alert creation
oApplication Support Experience in the Card Payment Industry or Banking Sector
oPCF Pivotal Cloud foundry

ØGood to have skills :
oMonitoring / Observability : Splunk / Dynatrace alert ( C1 - Dashboard creation).
oAWS ( EC2 CloudWatch Lambda )
oAutomation : automation using XLR/ shell scripting/ ansible/ python ( Anyone)
