Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Developer / Team Lead with strong expertise in Java Full Stack development and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers while actively contributing to the design development and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Design develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and modern web technologies.
• Drive technical discussions solution design and architecture decisions.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and Microservices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders architects QA teams and product owners to deliver business solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Support CI/CD implementation deployment activities and production releases.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure application scalability performance security and maintainability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Banking and Financial Services domain is an advantage.
• Exposure to cloud-native application development on AWS.
• Experience in enterprise application architecture and design patterns.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related discipline.
