Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research using local government and public record systems to gather property-related data
- Accurately input and maintain data in the companys CRM system
- Verify and cross-check information to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Maintain high-quality data standards with strong attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to clarify or validate information
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Regularly update records and flag discrepancies or missing information
Key Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency and precision
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets CRM systems and online research tools
- Basic understanding of real estate data or willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility and willingness to work night shifts (6:30 PM 3:30 AM)
