Key Responsibilities

Advanced Analytics & Business Insights

• Lead complex data analysis to identifybusiness opportunities operational risks and performance gapsacross Revvitys supply chain and customer operations.
• Translate business requirements intoanalytical models and actionable insights.
• Developexecutive dashboards visualizations and strategic performance reports.
• Performpredictive trend and root-cause analysisto improve operational outcomes.
• Provide recommendations that drive efficiency customer satisfaction inventory optimization and service-level improvements aligned with Revvitys growth targets.

Process Mapping & Transformation

• Lead cross-functional efforts to map and optimizeend-to-end fulfillment processesacross:
  • Customer Care
  • Logistics & Freight
  • Manufacturing
  • Procurement & Suppliers
  • Commercial Operations
• Identify and deploy process improvements aligned withRevvitys business objectives and e-commerce growth strategies.
• Driveoperational standardization and digital transformationinitiatives.

Digital Supply Chain & Technology Enablement

• Support adoption of advanced technologies including:
  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Machine Learning (ML)
  • Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
  • Advanced Data Analytics
  • Digital Supply Chain Solutions
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to improvevisibility reporting and decision-making.
• Act as akey user and subject matter expertfor analytics platforms and reporting tools within Revvitys technology ecosystem.

SAP Analytics & Integration

• Develop deep expertise inSAP ECC and SAP S/4HANAenvironments.
• Analyze end-to-end business processes across SAP modules.
• Supportdata governance master data quality and system optimizationinitiatives.
• Design and improve reporting structures utilizing SAP and enterprise data sources.

KPI Governance & Performance Management

• Define and manage key operational KPIs across Revvitys supply chain and customer operations.
• Develop measurement frameworks covering:
  • Order Fulfillment & Backlog Performance
  • Inventory Management
  • Logistics Performance
  • Customer Service Metrics
  • Forecast Accuracy
  • Supplier Performance
• Monitor KPI effectiveness and leadcontinuous improvement activities.

Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as achange advocatesupporting process and technology adoption across Revvitys global teams.
• Train users on new tools reports dashboards and operating procedures.
• Partner withglobal stakeholdersto drive successful implementation of business initiatives.
• Support projects acrossmultiple geographies and time zones including Revvitys India operations hub.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors degree inSupply Chain Business Analytics Engineering Information Systems Statistics or a related field.
• Masters degree preferred.

Experience

• 58 yearsof experience in Data Analytics Supply Chain Analytics Operations Analytics or Business Transformation.
• Experience supportingglobal supply chain or commercial operations life sciences diagnostics or medical devices experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success drivingmeasurable business improvementsthrough analytics.

Technical Skills

• StrongSAP ECC and SAP S/4HANAknowledge.
• AdvancedMicrosoft Excelexpertise.
• Power BI Tableau or equivalent analytics platforms.
• SQL and data modelingexperience.
• Experience withAI Machine Learning RPA or advanced analytics solutions preferred.
• Understanding ofsupply chain planning systemsand digital transformation initiatives.
