The role involves coordinating with overseas partners and customers managing quotations and shipment updates and ensuring smooth communication throughout the shipment process.
Job Responsibilities :
Coordinate with overseas agents for shipment enquiries.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for nominations.
Handle coordination with overseas agents and customers after nomination until shipment arrival.
Follow up for payments and ensure timely collection.
Maintain and update enquiry records regularly.
Update DSR (Daily Status Report) on a daily basis.
Ensure timely and professional communication with customers and overseas counterparts.
Coordinate internally with operations and related departments for smooth shipment handling.
Job Requirements :
2 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or freight forwarding operations.
Preferably from the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of computer operations and MS Office applications.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
