Contract Management & SAP Specialist

Role Purpose Statement

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Contract Administration Executive to support end-to-end contract administration activities across global and local procurement operations. The role involves managing the complete contract lifecycle including contract review support negotiation coordination contract execution signature management archival and SAP contract administration.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills excellent stakeholder management capabilities knowledge of procurement processes and hands-on experience with SAP procurement modules and contract lifecycle management tools.

Main Accountabilities

Contract Administration & Lifecycle Management

• Support end-to-end contract administration activities from contract request through execution and archival.

• Review procurement contracts for completeness accuracy required approvals and compliance with internal policies.

• Coordinate with Procurement Legal Vendors and Business stakeholders during contract drafting review negotiation and execution stages.

• Track contract versions amendments renewals expirations and key milestones.

• Manage contract execution through electronic signature platforms such as DocuSign.

• Maintain centralized contract repositories and ensure accurate contract archival and retrieval.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls governance requirements and procurement policies.

SAP Contract Management

• Create maintain and amend procurement contracts within SAP.

• Perform contract-related transactions including:

• ME31K Create Contract

• ME32K Change Contract

• ME33K Display Contract

• ME21N Create Purchase Order

• ME22N Change Purchase Order

• ME23N Display Purchase Order

• Ensure timely and accurate SAP master data and contract information updates.

• Support contract amendment processing and ensure alignment between executed agreements and SAP records.

• Monitor contract utilization validity periods and compliance within SAP.

• Administer and maintain Scheduling Agreements within SAP.

• Ensure scheduling agreements are accurately created updated monitored and aligned with procurement requirements.

• Coordinate with Procurement teams and Suppliers for scheduling agreement amendments and execution.

• Support process improvements and standardization related to Scheduling Agreement management.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Commerce Business Administration Supply Chain Law Procurement or related field.

• Certification in Contract Management Procurement Supply Chain or SAP will be an added advantage.

• Knowledge of Legal Contracting principles preferred.

• Preferred Experience Range: 2-5 Years
