Responsibilities

- Execute precise decision-making processes regarding the acceptability of various content types ensuring consistency and accuracy in all moderation actions.
- Manage and resolve complex case escalations by applying advanced judgment and adhering strictly to protocol when standard procedures are insufficient.
- Maintain strict compliance with all internal policies and external regulatory guidelines during the review and moderation workflow.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment that operates on rotational shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage and operational continuity.
- Utilize basic computer skills and moderation tools to efficiently process high volumes of content while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English to document findings report issues and coordinate with other team members.
