Role Summary:Our Client is seeking a dynamic technically sound and versatile Chartered Accountant to join our client deployment this role you will be the face of our firm deployed directly to various client organizations (ranging from high-growth startups to established corporates) to lead and support their core Statutory Audit Internal Audit and Complex Accounting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Deployment & Delivery: Act as the primary on-site financial consultant for assigned clients managing end-to-end accounting operations audit readiness and financial reporting compliance.

• Financial Reporting & General Ledger (GL): Oversight and preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements. Ensure the integrity of the General Ledger through meticulous review of transactions and reconciliations.

• Audit Management: Drive the closure of statutory and internal audits for clients by preparing audit schedules drafting financial disclosures and resolving complex auditor queries.

• Technical Compliance: Implement and ensure strict adherence to Ind AS and IFRS framework for client accounting transactions including complex areas like revenue recognition lease accounting (Ind AS 116) and financial instruments.

• Process Optimization: Analyze client financial processes and internal controls suggesting automation and efficiency improvements to enhance data accuracy.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• Professional Qualification: Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1-3 years of core experience in corporate accounting or audit practices.

• Technical Frameworks: Deep working knowledge of Ind AS IFRS and Revised Schedule III financial drafting.

• Advanced MS Excel: Exceptional proficiency in Excel is non-negotiable. Must be comfortable handling large datasets using advanced formulas Pivot Tables Power Query and building automated reconciliation models.

• Agility & Adaptability: Strong desire to work across different client environments and industry sectors (e.g. Retail Manufacturing Services).

• Communication: Elite corporate communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to manage corporate clients and senior stakeholders.
