Job Summary
- Finance & FP&A
- Build and maintain financial models budgets and cash-flow forecasts
- Own MIS reporting and board-level financial dashboards
- Track burn rate runway and unit economics
- Fundraising & Investor Readiness
- Prepare data rooms cap tables and financial narratives for fundraising
- Support due diligence with investors/VCs
- Draft investor updates and pitch-deck financial sections
- Liaise with investment bankers auditors and legal counsel during transactions
- Own books of accounts monthly/quarterly close and statutory filings (GST TDS ROC income tax)
- Ensure audit readiness; manage statutory and internal auditors
- Design and enforce internal financial controls and SOPs
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Strong command of Ind AS GST TDS Income Tax and Companies Act provisions.
- Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books and advanced MS Excel.
- Exp in a Startup
- Exp with Funding and Investors
- Experience in the IT technology or services sector.
- Exposure to audit coordination transfer pricing or internal controls.
- Familiarity with FEMA international taxation or ERP-based accounting systems.
- Strong analytical ability attention to detail and stakeholder communication.
- Ownership of the finance function with direct visibility to leadership.
