A Little Bit About the Role:

We areseekinga commercially focused BusinessLeadto own the relationship and commercial performance of special projects and transformation engagements. This role sits at the intersection of strategy clientleadershipand GTM identifyinganddriving account growthopportunities setting strategic roadmaps and partnering with SMEs and delivery teams to execute transformation across peopleprocessand technology.

Key responsibilities Business Lead

Strategic account leadership

  • Partner with theaccountleadership to build astrategy and longterm roadmap aligned to client businessobjectivesandBrandtech capabilities.
  • Act asasenior client contact and trusted advisor engaging at executive level to influence strategy and secure outcomeoriented commitments.
  • Lead governance and stakeholder mapping; manage executive steering steeringcommitteesand signoff processes.

Commercial stewardship

  • Assistin settingcommercial targetsworking with teams onpricing strategy; approve commercial terms and negotiate highvalue agreements.
  • Drivetrackand managepipeline development andprioritisationto meet revenue and growthobjectives.

Transformation leadership

  • Work with clientsSMEsand other stakeholders to define and execute transformation pathways across peopleprocessand technology.
  • Designspecializedstrategic transformation roadmaps that accelerate AI adoption operationalefficiencyand creative capability.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional leadership (creative product data/AI production PMs) to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Growth and gotomarket

  • Identifyand convert upsell crosssell and new business opportunities within and beyond assigned accounts.
  • Shape proposals commercialmodelsand presentations for Csuite and procurement.
  • RepresentBrandtech in client workshops industryforumsand thought leadership activities.

Team and stakeholder enablement

  • Mobiliseand empower delivery leads and PMs to execute against strategy; provide direction removeblockersand ensure accountability for outcomes.
  • Mentor and develop internal talent; embed best practice in account management commercialexecutionand AI adoption.

Performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Increased AI Adoption across candidate accounts (adoption rate volume of AIenabled projects percentage of account activity using AI).
  • Improved NR/HC to company baseline uplift Net Revenue per Headcount for managed accounts toward or above company baseline.
  • Revenue growth and margin performance vs. targets (quarterly/annual).
  • Client Net Promoter Score / executive satisfaction.
  • Pipeline conversion rate and value of upsell/won opportunities.
  • Successful delivery of agreed transformation milestones (on agreed business outcomes rather than detailed task delivery).
  • Build out of successful case studies to use in sales and development opportunities

Whatwerelooking for

  • Proven background in senior account leadership businessdevelopmentor commercial roles within creative production or digital agencies.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience owning P&Lforecastingand margin management.
  • Track recordof leading transformational client engagements that combine peopleprocessand technology change.
  • Excellent executive presence and stakeholder managementcomfortable influencing Csuite and crossfunctional teams.
  • Data and outcomeoriented mindset: able to define KPIs measure impact and iterate strategy.
  • Commercially and creatively minded; able to translate strategic vision into commerciallyviablepropositions.
  • Agency/production experience and a demonstrable interest in AI technologies and their business applications and impact on delivery.
