About the Role We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modelers to join our dynamic team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate should have knowledge or experience in Revit AutoCAD and Navisworks. You will be responsible for creating modifying and coordinating BIM models for various commercial residential and industrial projects ensuring smooth collaboration with design and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop modify and maintain detailed BIM models using Autodesk
Revit for Architecture Structure and MEP disciplines including
integration of Point Cloud data.

- Create accurate 3D models and detailed 2D drawings for commercial
residential and industrial projects.

- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues between
different disciplines using Navisworks.

- Collaborate closely with project engineers architects and
construction teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance with
project requirements.

- Maintain BIM standards templates and guidelines in line with
company protocols and industry best practices.

- Extract schedules quantities and other data from models to support
cost estimation and project planning.

- Update models based on design changes site conditions and client
feedback throughout the project lifecycle.

- Organize and manage BIM files ensuring proper documentation
version control and sharing across teams.

- Use DIALux for lighting calculations and simulations (preferred).

- Support team members and contribute to BIM training ensuring
knowledge sharing and efficient workflows.

Required skills and qualifications:

- Bachelors degree / Diploma in Mechanical Civil or Electrical
Engineering

- Autodesk Revit Architecture Structure MEP & Point Cloud
(Mandatory)

- AutoCAD MEP

- Navisworks (for clash detection & coordination)

- DIALux (Preferred for lighting calculations)

- MS Office (Excel Word etc.)
