Job Summary
Job Description :
Hands-on Experience using Building Information Modelling (BIM).
Hands on experience working with point cloud to as-built modelling using Revit (2D & 3D).
Should have experience working with scan to bim projects.
Analyzing Scan Data Modelling experience in Architecture
Should have good knowledge of construction terminology
Should be capable of handling production activity independently.
Candidate must have sound knowledge on Revit & AutoCAD
Candidate should have very good skill in revit family creation for Architecture
Should be able to handle point cloud data individually.
Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Word Excel & PowerPoint)

Good to have: Cyclone Recap Bim 360 or any rendering software Preferred Qualification:

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management Architecture or related field. 36 years of experience in construction project coordination or management Strong understanding of construction processes project lifecycle and documentation. Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
