Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: The Azure DevOps Engineer is responsible for designing implementing and managing secure scalable and automated cloud infrastructure solutions on Microsoft Azure. The role focuses on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines Infrastructure as Code (IaC) container orchestration platforms and DevSecOps practices to support cloud-native microservices applications
Responsibilities:
Design implement and maintain Azure-based cloud infrastructure for development staging and production environments.
Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and ARM templates/CloudFormation equivalents.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins Azure DevOps GitHub Actions or similar tools.
Deploy manage and optimize containerized applications using Docker Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
Configure and manage automation tools such as Ansible and Chef for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
Implement DevSecOps best practices including automated security scanning secrets management and compliance controls.
Manage Azure IaaS and PaaS services ensuring scalability availability and performance.
Execute cloud migration projects and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for application modernization initiatives.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python PowerShell Bash or similar scripting languages.
Monitor cloud infrastructure troubleshoot deployment failures and resolve production issues within defined SLAs.
Implement and manage security services including IAM Key Vault WAF VPN and network security controls.
Collaborate with development teams to improve application deployment processes and operational efficiency.
Maintain source code repositories and branching strategies using Git GitHub GitLab or Bitbucket.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation reliability and DevOps maturity.
