The Computer-Aided Design Administrator is primarily responsible for administering 3D model execution tasks and maintaining the integrity of the database throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate works with minimal supervision and ensures full project design and customer compliance.

Establishment Support: Highly motivated and eager to contribute to building an effective and efficient design/drafting team.

Execution Under Pressure: High energy and flexibility to perform effectively under tight time constraints to meet critical deadlines.

Project Setup: Manage the setup of Aveva E3D project libraries project folders PML libraries and all common server configurations.

Global Administration: Initialize and configure Aveva E3D/PDMS Global Projects at both Hub and Satellite environments.

Access & Environment Controls: Create Aveva E3D projects users teams catalogs databases Multiple Databases (MDBs) roles scopes and Access Control Rights (ACRs).

Catalog & Spec Management: Oversee Aveva E3D catalogues and specifications administration within the Catalogue module.

Customization: Customize User Defined Attributes (UDAs) in the Aveva E3D Lexicon module and handle multi-disciplinary supports customization.

Drawing Administration: Lead 2D Draft administration across all engineering disciplines in the Aveva E3D Draw module alongside Isodraft administration for isometrics.

Stakeholder Interaction: Partner directly with system users and discipline leads to gather evaluate and document technical project requirements.
The administrator will regularly interface with the following internal stakeholders:

Quality Team

Inter-discipline Engineers & Designers

Deep familiarity with the Detail Engineering workflow.

Strong knowledge of relevant International Codes and Standards.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to function effectively in a collaborative team ecosystem.

Analytical approach with sharp problem-solving skills and the bandwidth to multitask across multiple concurrent requests.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (or equivalent) OR a Diploma in Engineering.

Experience: A minimum of 3 years of direct professional experience operating as an Aveva Administrator.
