EIL Global is looking for experienced AV & IT Infrastructure Support Technicians to provide onsite support at client locations in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot AV and meeting room equipment
Support Teams/Video Conferencing microphones speakers displays and projectors
Perform AV setup break/fix and equipment replacement
Provide onsite event and meeting support
Perform basic network cabling and infrastructure smart hands activities
Support laptops desktops and other end-user devices
Coordinate with remote teams vendors and client stakeholders
Update tickets and provide onsite visit reports
Requirements
3 years of experience in AV / IT Infrastructure / EUC Support
Hands-on AV troubleshooting experience
Knowledge of Crestron Extron Biamp Dante Logitech Poly Cisco etc. is an advantage
Basic networking and cabling knowledge
Good English communication skills
Customer-facing and professional approach
Ability to work independently onsite
Important
This is an on-call/dispatch opportunity and NOT a full-time position. Technicians will be assigned to onsite support requests based on client requirements. Payment is based on actual hours worked.
