  Video KYC Auditor

  Purpose of the Role

  To review audit and validate Video KYC (Know Your Customer) processes conducted by agents/executives ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements internal policies quality standards and risk management guidelines.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Audit Video KYC interactions and customer onboarding records.
  • Verify customer identity documents and authentication procedures as per regulatory guidelines.
  • Identify errors process deviations fraudulent activities and compliance gaps.
  • Review video recordings for quality documentation accuracy and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Prepare audit reports and maintain records of observations and findings.
  • Provide feedback to Video KYC agents and operations teams for process improvement.
  • Escalate high-risk cases suspicious transactions and policy violations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Track audit trends quality metrics and compliance scores.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.
  • Recommend process enhancements to improve customer experience while maintaining compliance.

  Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of KYC AML and customer due diligence processes.
  • Knowledge of Video KYC guidelines and banking/financial regulations.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to identify fraud indicators and compliance risks.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel MIS reporting and audit documentation.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
