- Strong experience in project or program management with significant experience leading Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and digital marketing transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Journey Builder Email Studio Automation Studio Mobile Studio Audience Builder Contact Builder Advertising Studio and Marketing Cloud Personalization.
- Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise-wide customer engagement and marketing automation programs.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation strategies customer journey orchestration campaign management and personalization frameworks.
- Hands-on knowledge of AMPscript SQL HTML/CSS for email development API integrations and marketing automation workflows.
- Good understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem including Salesforce CRM Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with enterprise applications third-party platforms and cloud technologies.
- Strong expertise in Agile Scrum and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira Confluence and Microsoft Project.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects stakeholders budgets resources and delivery timelines simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior business leaders executive sponsors and global teams.
- Excellent communication presentation negotiation and client-facing consulting skills.
- Strong analytical problem-solving decision-making and risk management capabilities.
- Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Marketing or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications and project management certifications are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) implementation enhancement and transformation projects across enterprise environments.
- Define project scope timelines deliverables resource plans budgets and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage multiple concurrent marketing technology and customer engagement initiatives while ensuring adherence to quality budget and delivery commitments.
- Drive Agile and Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives backlog grooming and stakeholder reviews.
- Oversee the implementation configuration and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules including Journey Builder Email Studio Automation Studio Mobile Studio Audience Builder Contact Builder Advertising Studio and Marketing Cloud Personalization.
- Collaborate with architects developers and integration teams to design and implement integrations with Salesforce CRM Data Cloud CDPs APIs and third-party platforms.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices data governance standards security policies and compliance requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders clients and leadership teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions that align with customer engagement and marketing objectives.
- Conduct executive-level status reporting project governance reviews steering committee meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for account growth and value creation.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including Salesforce consultants developers business analysts QA engineers and marketing specialists.
- Coordinate activities across onshore and offshore teams to ensure effective collaboration and project delivery.
- Identify project risks dependencies and issues proactively and drive mitigation plans to minimize business impact.
- Oversee testing deployment release management and change management activities to ensure smooth project rollouts.
- Monitor project KPIs delivery metrics customer satisfaction and overall project health to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
