Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Youll be part of the Implementation team at building and maintaining Power BI dashboards for our flagship CSR management platform. Youll work directly with client delivery translating CSR program data into actionable visual insights for corporate clients and NGO partners.

What Youll Do

Design build and publish Power BI reports for the Light platform

Connect to and model data from Microsoft Dataverse (Power Apps) and PostgreSQL as primary sources

Maintain and update client-specific dashboard templates across project types (standalone recurring multi-year)

Configure and deploy dashboards at org focus-area and program levels per client requirements

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to incorporate data model changes into dashboards

Build reusable semantic models by separating the data layer from visualization to reduce per-client effort

What Were Looking For

2 years of hands-on Power BI development (Desktop and Service)

Proficiency in DAX and Power Query (M)

Experience connecting Power BI to Microsoft Dataverse and relational databases

Solid understanding of data modelling star schema relationships calculated tables

Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into dashboards
