If youve worked in HR Ops processed payroll or handled PF/ESI compliance even for just 6 months this is your breakthrough into HR-Tech.

nHRMS is hiring 30 Associates to join our HR-Tech Implementation team. No developer skills needed. Just your HR knowledge attention to detail and willingness to learn.

What youll do:

Configure HRMS platforms (Keka / GreytHR / Zoho People) for client organisations

Set up payroll components leave rules & statutory compliance modules

Support data migration UAT testing & go-live

Train client HR teams and create SOPs

Youre a fit if you have:

6 months experience in HR Ops Payroll or Compliance

Worked on any HRMS tool as an end-user

Basic knowledge of PF ESI TDS PT

Good communication skills
