The Enterprise Data Organization is dedicated to leveraging S&PGlobalsvast data coverage to deliver innovative solutions across the Enterprise.The Data Stewardship teamoperatesat the core of the Enterprise Data Organization ensuring the integrity reliability and usability of S&PGlobalssustainability datasets across the data lifecycle. Positioned at the intersection of data production technology and downstream consumption Data Stewardship bridges the gap between data creation and client delivery. We focus on enforcing data quality governance standardization and end-to-end traceabilityenabling scalable audit-ready and purpose-driven data solutions for internal stakeholders and clients.

Within this ecosystem the Data Stewardship team (EDO) ensures delivery of high-quality standardized and traceable datasets that power products and insights. Bymaintainingdata integrity across the lifecycle the team enables investors and companies to make reliable decision-ready sustainability decisions
Whatsin it for you:You will be part of a highly visible and impactful team within EDO directly contributing to the execution of our Climate Data Delivery Strategy and supporting the scale-up of sustainability data products across Energy Horizons
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end data stewardship and data flows for core climate impact and innovation datasets within the enterprise data platform
Lead the execution of strategic product roadmap initiatives for sustainability data including new dataset launches refresh cycles delivery enhancements and expansion into new products and distribution channels
Ensure data quality governance standardization and traceability across all stages of the data lifecycle
Own andmaintaincomprehensive documentation of data flows processes controls and dependencies across systems
Collaborate cross-functionally with Data Operations Technology Research and Product teams to enable successful delivery of new datasets and enhancements
Partner with Client Services to address time-sensitive data delivery issues and contribute to long-term delivery strategy improvements
Represent Data Stewardship in cross-divisional initiatives RFPs and strategic data programs
Develop deep domainexpertiseacross sustainability datasets including Environmental Profiles Net Zero and downstream innovation datasets.
WhatWereLooking For:
12 years of experience in Data Management Data Stewardship or Operations within the financial or data industry
Hands-onwith data management/database tools and technologies (e.g.Databricks SQL ETL Miro data visualization) and AI tools (Spark Assist Co-Pilotetc) to be able to queryunderstandanalyzethe dataestateand improveefficiency.
Hands-on programming experience (Python preferred) is a plus
Experience working in Agile environments
Self-driven leader with the ability to work independently and guide teams toward common goals
Proven ability to collaborate across global cross-functional teams including Technology Product Operations and Client Services
Knowledge of ESG/sustainability domain including methodologies regulatory landscape and market trends is preferred
Strong written and verbal communications with an aptitude to present thoughts and ideas to leadership
