Job Summary

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Healthcare domain (preferred) along with exposure to other industry domains. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in product thinking requirement gathering UI/UX conceptualization and end-to-end solution design. Exposure to Zoho Corporation ecosystem will be an added advantage.

This role requires someone who can act as a bridge between business stakeholders clients and technical teamsensuring clear understanding documentation and delivery of high-quality digital solutions.

Job Details:

* Creating concept design to product requirements in form of visual Prototype/ Wireframes/ SRS Doc

* Analyze market competition and position the product line so that it appeals to end consumers

* Good to have experience in healthcare domain projects along with ZOHO

* Define structure and owning products in terms of creating end to end product flow.

* Should be aware of Latest trends on Mobile/ Web UI /UX Design & Navigation.

* Collaborate with the client to gather requirements and convert them into functional specifications and/or technical requirements.

* To work as a consultant for prospective clients questioning as well suggesting innovative solutions to their needs / pain-points.

* Conduct functional/technical feasibility study for new products and services.

* Work with project stakeholders to ensure requirements are achievable and exhibiting good presentation and

communication skills at all levels of management and operation.

* Prepare functional artifacts like BRD / FSD with business process flows.

* Prototype the requirements to generate wireframes.

* Analyze the existing system and the proposed system to conduct Gap Analysis.

* Prepare the Delta (change requirement) Document and manage the change control process.

* Work closely with the design development QA and system teams to attain and meet project tollgates internally.

*Expert in Wireframes / Balsamiq / Mockups / Mind maps Analyze and report the key risk areas while documenting requirements and during testing.

Requirements

*Understanding of Wireframing Tools and trends as well as mock-up development technologies.

*Basic knowledge of UX methodologies approaches and trends and the ability to translate user problems to business requirements and present user-centric solutions.

*Should have excellent communication documentation and presentation skills.

*Should relish turning ambiguous requirements into more concrete and actionable items

Required Skills:

Required Skills & Expertise Hands-on experience in Healthcare domain projects (preferred) Strong knowledge of UI/UX trends for Web and Mobile platforms Expertise in creating wireframes mockups and user journeys Proficiency in tools like Balsamiq Mockups mind mapping tools and requirement documentation platforms Strong understanding of SRS BRD FSD documentation standards Excellent communication stakeholder management and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting and product environment
