Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end electrical project activities from project initiation to completion.
Develop project plans schedules milestones and resource allocation.
Coordinate with clients suppliers technicians subcontractors and internal teams.
Monitor project budgets expenses and cost control.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes standards safety procedures and quality requirements.
Review project specifications drawings and technical requirements.
Support material planning procurement estimation and project execution.
Track project progress and prepare regular reports.
Handle client communication and resolve project-related issues.
Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
Requirements
B.E./ in Electrical Engineering.
610 years of relevant experience in electrical project execution/management.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems codes and standards.
Experience in commercial/industrial electrical projects preferred.
Knowledge of project planning estimation budgeting and execution.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
Kannada proficiency is preferred/required for site coordination.
Required Skills:
Required Skills & Experience 8 years of professional software engineering experience in backend systems APIs or AI products Proficiency in Python (Django) and JavaScript / TypeScript (React) Strong understanding of REST / GraphQL APIs backend architecture and data modelling Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks LangChain LangGraph Semantic Kernel or similar Experience with containerisation (Docker) and cloud platforms (GCP Azure or equivalent) Solid working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases Proven track record of leading AI projects from conception to production deployment Strong system design skills and software engineering fundamentals Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Good to Have Experience in a product SaaS or consulting environment Exposure to MLOps pipelines big data or deep learning workflows Prior experience building governance and compliance layers into AI systems
