Job Summary
Strategy & Vision: Partner with the CDO to define core objectives and vision for Data Governance .Operating Model Design: Define the People (Roles Ownership Stewardship) and Process (Workflows) and Tools frameworks. Tool Evaluation & Recommendation: Conduct a rigorous technical and functional comparison between Open Metadata and Alation assessing fit for PRAs specific Unstructured Data security metadata DQ lineage and discovery needs. Architectural Integration: Design how governance integrates into the S3(Structured and Unstructured for PII handling) DBT Warehouse in Snowflake Sandbox in Snowflake definitions in Semantic Layer (e.g. SSAS Cubes or AtScale) and the AI/ML Lifecycle (feature stores model lineage RAG Lineage for future Agentic use cases).Financial & Strategic Roadmap: Develop a execution roadmap including phased rollout resource requirements and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).12 years in Data Management with 5 years leading Enterprise Data Governance programs. Tool Expertise: Hands-on experience with modern metadata platforms. Must be able to articulate the trade-offs between Alation (Enterprise/Market Leader)
