Angular Developer | Front-End & Microservices, UI Optimization & Accessibility

Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Technical Specialist of Angular to lead the development and implementation of enterprise-grade Angular-based applications. This role involves guiding a team of developers setting coding standards and ensuring project delivery within scope time and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Angular 2 and TypeScript with a focus on high-quality maintainable and scalable frontend solutions that support business growth and innovation.

Software Requirements

Required Software Proficiency:

• Angular (version 2) TypeScript extensive experience in developing modular responsive and maintainable UI components supporting enterprise applications

• HTML5 CSS3 strong skills in responsive and accessible web UI design

• JavaScript (ES6) proficiency in scripting for dynamic webpage behavior

• Git and version control: GitHub Bitbucket experience managing source code branching and review workflows

• Modern web build tools: Angular CLI Webpack NPM for efficient build and deployment processes

Preferred Software Skills:

• UI component libraries: Angular Material Bootstrap for rapid UI development and consistency

• Testing frameworks: Jasmine Karma Protractor supporting unit and end-to-end testing

• CI/CD tools: Jenkins Azure DevOps for pipeline automation and rapid delivery support

Overall Responsibilities

• Lead the development review and delivery of scalable Angular front-end applications supporting core business functions

• Collaborate with product managers UX/UI designers and back-end teams to translate requirements into scalable user-friendly interfaces

• Establish and enforce development standards best practices and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables

• Mentor and coach team members fostering technical excellence and continuous learning

• Optimize application performance ensuring responsiveness and accessibility across devices

• Support automation of build testing and deployment pipelines supporting Agile release cycles

• Support bug fixing performance tuning and security enhancements for enterprise UI applications

• Develop and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams component libraries and operational procedures

• Stay current with industry trends emerging front-end technologies and best practices recommending improvements

• 7 years of professional experience in Angular frontend development supporting enterprise applications

• Proven experience designing and delivering scalable maintainable and high-performance UI solutions

• Experience in leading a team of developers enforcing standards and fostering best practices

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment

• Experience implementing automated testing and CI/CD pipelines supporting rapid release cycles

• Industry experience in finance retail or other enterprise sectors preferred

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop optimize and maintain Angular UI components aligned with business requirements

• Collaborate with product owners UI/UX designers and backend developers to implement new features

• Conduct code reviews performance tuning and security enhancements for enterprise applications

• Support automated build and deployment pipelines with CI/CD tools

• Troubleshoot UI issues fix bugs and enhance responsiveness and accessibility

• Document architecture component libraries and operational procedures

• Participate in daily Scrum meetings sprint planning and code review sessions supporting Agile workflows

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field

• 7 years of experience in enterprise Angular development supporting scalable web applications

• Industry-recognized certifications in Angular web accessibility or front-end best practices (preferred)

• Experience working in agile teams delivering high-quality customer-centric digital solutions
