About the Role:
As the Alumni Relations Associate at Mumbai you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding IIDEs alumni network through consistent engagement relationship-building and strategic collaborations. This role involves coordinating alumni-driven initiatives supporting placement opportunities fostering industry partnerships and driving outreach activities while ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and departments. You will work closely with alumni HR professionals and corporate stakeholders to create meaningful engagement opportunities and contribute to IIDEs growth initiatives.

Skills: Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with students and other stakeholders. Career Guidance: A passion for guiding and mentoring students in their career development. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and collaborate with teams. Analytical Skills: Ability to assess student progress and align job roles with their skills and aspirations. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets Docs Slides etc.) is required. Basic Digital Marketing Knowledge: A fundamental understanding of digital marketing concepts is essential. Qualification: Education: A bachelors degree in any field.
