Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI-Enabled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Core C# SQL Server and Azure to build scalable enterprise applications and integrate generative AI capabilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with LLM integrations Agentic AI MCP RAG frameworks and cloud-native development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using Core C# and SQL Server.
- Design and build secure REST APIs microservices and cloud-native solutions.
- Integrate OpenAI Azure OpenAI Claude or similar LLMs into business applications.
- Develop Agentic AI workflows MCP integrations and RAG-based solutions.
- Build and optimize scalable backend services and database architectures.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and deploy applications on Azure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global time zones including JST overlap.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot Cursor and Claude Code to improve productivity.

Preferred Skills
- Experience building AI-powered enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of Semantic Kernel LangChain LangGraph or AutoGen.

- Exposure to SaaS product development and enterprise integrations.
Required Skills:
Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and SAFe Agilist (SA) or equivalent SAFe certification. 36 years of experience in Agile project management. Strong understanding of Scrum SAFe and Kanban frameworks. Hands-on experience with tools like Jira Confluence Trello or similar. Excellent facilitation communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in mid-sized IT companies or startups. Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD environments. Familiarity with scaled Agile implementations and enterprise-level Agile transformation.
