Job Description
This role is responsible for designing building configuring and optimizing AI-powered agents within Moveworks Agent Studio (SIEs enterprise chatbot platform). The engineer will deliver scalable reliable and enterprise-grade conversational AI solutions including full ownership of Moveworks platform setup configuration and integrations across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design build configure and enhance AI agents within Enterprise solutions in alignment with priority and high-level design architecture defined by the Agents & Automations team.
- Partner with the Agents & Automations team to deliver prioritized agents aligned with enterprise roadmap and business needs.
- You will be responsible for end-to-end lifecycle of agent delivery including development testing deployment and continuous optimization
- Integrate backend systems through:
- Connectors
- Integrations with other agents built in agentic platforms (e.g. Snowflake Snap Logic Microsoft Copilot or n8n/writer orchestration)
- MCP-based integrations
- Leverage enterprise systems such as ServiceNow as systems of record and workflow engines to enable intelligent automation for IT HR and Finance.
- Deliver improved enterprise chatbot experience Ask Nexus for all SIE users by improving conversational flows usability and overall operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional development teams to deliver integrated AI solutions for End To End ITSM automation with ServiceNow Now Assist Monitor troubleshoot and continuously optimize agent performance accuracy and overall user experience
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong proficiency in Python (preferred for AI agent logic MCP server/client development and custom integrations)
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI MCP including setup configuration ingestion and plugin management (required)
- Experience building chatbot solutions including A2A integrations and/or MCP-based architectures
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and defining clear execution flows for AI agents
- Experience integrating systems using REST APIs OAuth/SAML and working with SQL/NoSQL databases
