Job Title: Agentic AI Developer

Location: Remote India

Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

High-level & holistic capabilities sought (technical)

• Bachelors degree in computer science/engineering (advanced degree preferred)
• GCP or AWS certified (GCP preferred)
• Excellent core Python skills
• Prompt engineering experience (preferred)
• Experience delivering LLM applications with strong understanding of popular LLM solutions in the market
• Experience with LLM application agentic frameworks
• Sound understanding of Azure / Google Cloud platforms
• Hands-on with Kubernetes Docker Storage Cloud Functions
• Data analysis experience on databases (SQL NoSQL DBT)
• CI/CD pipelines
• Security: IAM AD ADLDS roles service accounts entitlements
• Events & data streaming: Data Proc Pub/Sub Confluent/Kafka
• Strong problem-solving; able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong communication skills (oral and written English) able to explain complex ideas
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Tools: Git Jira Maven Gradle Jenkins Ansible
• Agile development experience particularly Scrum/Kanban

Key role capabilities (non-technical)

• Banking/Financial Services experience with understanding of legal and compliance context
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to explain complex ideas clearly
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Keen to learn and keen to mentor
• Experience delivering complex solutions in large organizations of varying size/complexity
• Experience working in a global environment
