Job Summary:
Lead medium-scale projects from planning through delivery balancing resources priorities and stakeholder needs. Drive process improvements adapt to changing requirements and mentor junior team members. Champion collaboration and accountability to ensure projects meet scope budget and schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one or moresmall- to-medium scale programmes consisting of multiple projects or workstreams
- Manageprogramme plans milestones dependencies risks and issuesusingSmartsheet
- Balance and prioritisemultiple concurrent initiatives meeting deadlines in a pressured and changing environment
- Apply structured problemsolving to resolve delivery issues proposingpractical options and recommendations
- Coordinate stakeholders across functions and geographies contributing to aglobal delivery model
- Provide clear accurate and decisionfocused status reporting and insights to senior stakeholders
- Identify delivery risks early and actively manage mitigation actions and escalation paths
- Support programme governance forums with highquality materials and analysis
- Adhere to global programme management standards and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications (Education & Experience):
- Relevant experience in project management or coordination for minimum 5 years.
- Proven ability to manage medium-scale projects and collaborate across teams.
- Practical experience working inglobal or distributed teams
